Ok then, email me the new sprite sheet then. If it is missing anything though we will need to make uo for it with our own sprites as well

Holy ****! That is alot of sprites. We need a team of people to create the animations on GM. Do you think you could start Avid? All I need everybody to do is create the movement animations for each of the sprites I have listed

For the game, I was thinking that marines would be killable, however, the ODST upgrade makes them take more hits(x2).
The low congrete wall upgrade acts as a barrier against any shots taken at vehicles and can be destroyed.
The bunker would have a minigun emplacement upgrade which could be destroyed but the bunker itself could not.
Over the gate on your base there is a 50.cal emplacement upgrade, which cannot be destroyed.
The BR and Rocket marine upgrades stay in the trenches.
The Sniper and binoculars marines upgrades in the tower next to the gate.
Each type of warthog can be destoyred and so can the tank.
The SAM site emplacement upgrade cannot be destoyred
The Mortar upgrade can be destoyred
The Artillery upgrade cannot be destroyed

You will see what I mean about this when I post an early version of the game, this is here mostly to remind me

I have here an orange grunt with a feul rod. Will that work?

EDIT: should the warthogs have Marines in the driver position, and marines in teh gun?
i have many options.

If you are completely unsatisfied (Razz) i can recolor it. It wouldnt be too much trouble, but let me at least finish the others before i work on that
There is no plain red Elite to which i can add a PR or carbine. So... I shall have to figure that out as well.
EDIT: Same with a Ranger Elite.
EDIT: Almost same with Hunter. There is a sprite for a Hunter, but i cant...make it walk Razz

I'd also like to discuss with you what the bases shall look like.
I dont think that we should have the Covey base like the one in the Halowars trailer, unless you want this game to BE halowars, which i hadn't planned.
I think the Covey base should just be a giant building, with covey-like doors.
A snow covered land is okay, i think that's a good idea, but i planned on making this a unique game.
I planned on, instead of a single zealot Elite coming out and attacking at the end, a wave of them comes out. When they are defeated, the game cuts to video. It shows space with a Covey ship in the middle, and in the top right corner it says "Orbital Bombardment...countdown...5...4...3...2
and before one comes and pelican crashes into it, and a whole bunch of Flood Infection forms come out. They overtake the ship(though that is not shown) and the ship crashes into the Covey base. Now a whole new section of the game is created but fighting Flood instead of Coveys. I have a whole bunch of Flood Sprites and even a Flood Juggernaut.
Whatcha think?

The bases dont really matter to me that much, but I would like it if the human base looked like highground base minus the bunker and SAM site(because both are upgrades). It doesn't really have to be identical to highground though, just that highground is a good base plan.

I like the flood Idea but what I meant was one Zealot with a huge wave of enemy troops

Okay
That works. The Human base doesnt matter to me, but you need to know that we are not spriters. Im quite sure that Rot is the only person capable of drawing anything good whatsoever on Paint, so you may have to settle for less than perfect.

I also think the Spartan Laser should be a Special Power. I think about 5 Spartans should line up and fire in unison, killing or injuring all enemies close to the base.

Some/most of the ones i havent yet done are because i dont have the sprite available. I have gauss and rocket hogs, but they are on like...4 different sprite sheets, so i have to go digging around.
I have hunters standing and hunters shooting, but no hunters running.
I will color the Major Elite myself.
I have a ranger Elite, just gotta find it.
And i have Brutes and weapons, but no brutes running.

Mortars arent available.
I have a sparrowhawk somewhere...

Trust me, its alot more than it looks.

I have an idea for the credits.

While the credits are playing at the bottom of the screen it will spawn a grunt that walks into view nd starts shooting when it reaches the middle. The player can kill it like normal and it would die but the animation would disapeer and the next type of grunt/unit would appear(following order of weakest to strongest) and then it would restart with the regular grunt coming out.

I can do that if you guys want me too.

I say it progresses in species every time. Grunt, Jackal, Drone, Elite, Brute, Hunter, Drinol, then maybe all at once.
